Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the GNS Technologies website (https://gns-official-website.vercel.app) or by enrolling in any of our training programmes, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Enrolment in a course is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fee or a signed Pay After Placement (PAP) agreement. Course fees are published on our website and are subject to change without prior notice, but will not change for students already enrolled.

• Fees must be paid in full or per the agreed instalment schedule before the course start date
• Fees can be paid by cash, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, credit or debit card, or EMI via Razorpay
• Receipts will be issued for all payments and are required for any refund request
• Corporate training fees are governed by the specific agreement/purchase order issued

• Cancellation before the course start date: 80% refund of fees paid (20% administrative charge)
• Cancellation within the first 7 days of the course: 50% refund
• No refund after 7 days of the course commencement
• If GNS Technologies cancels a batch, a full refund or free transfer to the next batch will be offered
• Registration fees (if charged separately) are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the approved request

The PAP programme allows eligible students to defer payment until successful placement. The following conditions apply:

• Eligibility is assessed individually — GNS Technologies reserves the right to approve or decline PAP applications
• A signed PAP agreement must be executed before the course begins
• The PAP fee becomes due within 30 days of receiving a job offer meeting the minimum salary threshold specified in the agreement
• If a student declines a job offer without valid reason, the PAP fee becomes immediately payable
• GNS Technologies will make at least 3 placement attempts within 12 months of course completion
• The PAP programme does not guarantee employment — it guarantees placement assistance

• Batch timings, mode of delivery and start dates are confirmed at time of enrolment
• GNS Technologies reserves the right to reschedule batches due to instructor availability, low enrolment or force majeure events — with reasonable notice
• Students may attend one free revision batch within 12 months of completing their course
• Attendance of at least 70% is required to qualify for the placement assistance programme and to receive a GNS certificate
• Online sessions are conducted via approved video conferencing platforms; recordings are provided for 7 days

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors, staff and fellow students with respect
• Not record, redistribute or share course materials, recordings or lab exercises without written permission
• Not engage in academic dishonesty or impersonation during assessments
• Maintain confidentiality of access credentials to the learning portal and lab environment

Violations may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

All course materials, videos, lab guides, slide decks, sample questions and website content are the exclusive intellectual property ofGNS Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks (Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) mentioned on this Website are the property of their respective owners. GNS Technologiesis an independent training provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these vendors unless explicitly stated.

GNS Technologies provides placement assistance as a value-added service, not a guarantee of employment. Placement assistance includes:

• Resume preparation and interview coaching
• Job referrals to our network of 200+ hiring partners
• Mock technical interviews with industry professionals
• Access to our alumni network and job board

Final hiring decisions rest solely with the prospective employer. GNS Technologies bears no liability for the terms of any employment offer received.

A GNS Technologies Certificate of Completion is issued to students who maintain ≥70% attendance and pass the internal assessment. Certificates are issued in digital format with a unique verification ID. Physical certificates are available on request for an additional fee.

Our certificates are issued by GNS Technologies and are distinct from vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+). Vendor examinations must be scheduled and paid for separately through the respective certification body.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GNS Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of earnings or failure to secure employment.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount of fees you have actually paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by mutual negotiation in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
